As a result Flavor of India’s many delectable dishes are lean, low in fat and healthy.
Since 1998, our vision for Flavor of India Restaurant has been to create high-energy, family-friendly Indian restaurants. About our chefs:
Mr. Darshan Singh and Tarsem Singh started their careers with a great vision to share the Flavor of India with their clientele. Their dedicated experience in customer service takes them back to 1989 with more than 32 years of understanding their clientele. They have built a restaurant not just offering authentic Indian kitchen but also introducing the very latest regional developments on Indian dishes.Darshan’s experience spreads from northern India to southern parts, offering dishes which are more a little spicier.
There are many new dishes being developed to tempt the palate of our esteemed clientele. We have started cooking classes to share our experience with very simple cooking techniques which are easy to learn.
Darshan Singh is looking forward to introducing his students to the exciting world of Indian gourmet and family-style home cooking. This is a great opportunity for students to learn firsthand about the food, culture and culinary traditions of India.
Presently, Flavor of India Restaurants operates three Indian Restaurants in West Hollywood and Studio City and Burbank CA.
The restaurant’s ambiance is itself reminiscent of great dining in places like the Maharaja’s. The patio and the garden all add to make a beautiful and pleasant evening at a restaurant located in an entertaining and vibrant location. We have a long standing and faithful clientele including many celebrities, film and television stars. Much of our success is due to the personal attention of Darshan Singh and Tarsem Singh to our guests. They treat their customers not only as guests but friends. .
